Who we are?
Golem Teknoloji A.Ş. is an independent mobile product studio. We design, build and run our own applications, and we make product decisions on measured usage rather than assumptions.
We keep the company deliberately lean: small scope, fast iteration, and a focus on execution and market validation over process.
How we work?
We follow a build-measure-learn loop. We test a hypothesis, look at how people actually use the product, and scale what works.
The goal: apps that are easy to use, that people keep coming back to, and that stand on their own commercially.
Product first
Prototypes either prove themselves or are retired. What we keep runs in production with analytics, safety rails and support behind it.
AI as engineering
Models, pipelines and evaluation are core engineering work. We build, measure and maintain them ourselves.
Operate what we build
We run our own software. Deployments, monitoring, cost and support are part of the job, not an afterthought.
